Shipping & Returns
Deliveries to the UK – Shipping within the UK is FREE on orders over £99.99. Orders under this amount will have two options; DPD Standard, charged at £5,99 or DPD Next Day (By 12) at £11.99. Next Day by 12 excludes weekends and bank holidays. Cut off point for next day by 12 is 3pm Mon-Thurs. All orders over £99.99 will be sent out free of charge via the DPD Standard service. We do not offer the DPD Next Day (By 12) service free of charge.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment when possible. Please allow 2-3 working days for all UK orders to arrive. During busy periods, e.g. November and December, please allow 3 – 4 days to receive your order.
We use DPD & Royal Mail for our delivery. All services are fully trackable and insured.
Liability – Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of lost goods.
If your item is not in stock, we will put the item on back order for you. If there will be a delay outside our normal delivery time then we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. This means the item isn’t in stock currently but can be ordered which takes 3 – 5 working days. For Genuine Yamaha & Husqvarna spares/accessories, please allow 7 – 10 working days.
If you have ordered a product which is on “Backorder” delivery times may differ from different items, if you would like more details on your back ordered items, please contact us, and we will be happy to help with a timescale on when it should be delivered.
Returns (Within 14 Days) – GH Motorcycles accept returns on the basis that; the item/s are un-used, in the original re-saleable condition. All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact.
Return of goods is the responsibility of the customer, for this reason we suggest an insured method of return such as Recorded Delivery. Return postage costs cannot be covered by GH Motorcycles unless we are notified of damaged or faulty goods upon receipt.
You must inform us of your intent to return your item/s by phone or email, these items must be received back with us within 7 days from when you initially received your order. If you inform us within this period you will receive a full refund. If you inform us after this period the refund will be subject to a 20% handling fee which will be deducted off of the refund total.
When returning an item/s, please fill out our returns form by clicking here. Ensure this is sent back with your returned item/s. Without this information we cannot authorise your exchange or refund.
