2019 GYTR® YZ125 High Performance Kit Contents
Cylinder Head with Studs
• Special CNC machined cylinder head will come with extra studs bolt so original cylinder will keep its studs. Which also result in a more secure and easy installation.
The Cylinder Head Insert
• It has a special shape of the dome to maximize combustion .
CNC Ported Cylinder
• The Ported cylinder developed by GYTR®. Cylinder improves airflow of the ports. Comes with new oil seal pre-installed for the shaft of the exhaust valve system. It is CNC machined and manually checked and reworked the last edges.
Piston Assy
• The piston is developed by GYTR®. Complete with piston ring , piston pin and 2 circlips. A GYTR piston has a different profile and material compared to standard piston. 1 Spare piston assy is included in the kit.
VFORCE ® Reed Valve Air Intake System
• Intake manifold with carbon-fibre reed valves for better throttle response and durability.
Exhaust Pipe
• The GYTR® designed exhaust pipe has been improved to get more performances made to provide a well-balanced performance and throttle response in whole RPM ranges.
Silencer
• GYTR® designed the titanium silencer to reach the best engine power while ensuring the durability.
CDI
• This digital CDI is mapped by GYTR® with latest map. It provides optimum ignition characteristics to improve the basic performance of the GYTR® Engine Kit. Very Important: This CDI needs resistor’s type spark plug (not included in the kit). The standard YZ spark plug has resistor.
Magneto rotor unit
• Additional magneto rotor, with higher inertia mass than in stock YZ125. Especially beneficial for riders that want a more torquey engine.
Carburettor Setting Kit (set)
• Contains a set of 5 main jets , 1 slow jet and 1 special made needle to adjust the kit accordingly to weather, height and track conditions.
• Advice setting is given in kit manual.
Exhaust Power Valve
• Improves power band and throttle response of this power full kit.
Carbon Ignition Cover
• Reduces weight with 34 gram! and stronger than original cover.
• GYTR logo is underneath transparent coating layer for long lasting good finish.
Clutch Spring (New)
• The clutch springs replaces the preload washer. The clutch spring has a higher preload to prevent clutch slip in certain race conditions like deep sand or mud.
Kit Manual (Updated)
• The Kit Manual gives you some additional information straight from the Yamaha Factory Racing experts to get the best performance and durability out of your YZ125 engine.
Shipping & Returns
Deliveries to the UK – Shipping within the UK is FREE on orders over £99.99. Orders under this amount will have two options; DPD Standard, charged at £5,99 or DPD Next Day (By 12) at £11.99. Next Day by 12 excludes weekends and bank holidays. Cut off point for next day by 12 is 3pm Mon-Thurs. All orders over £99.99 will be sent out free of charge via the DPD Standard service. We do not offer the DPD Next Day (By 12) service free of charge.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment when possible. Please allow 2-3 working days for all UK orders to arrive. During busy periods, e.g. November and December, please allow 3 – 4 days to receive your order.
We use DPD & Royal Mail for our delivery. All services are fully trackable and insured.
Liability – Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of lost goods.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will put the item on back order for you. If there will be a delay outside our normal delivery time then we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. This means the item isn’t in stock currently but can be ordered which takes 3 – 5 working days. For Genuine Yamaha & Husqvarna spares/accessories, please allow 7 – 10 working days.
If you have ordered a product which is on “Backorder” delivery times may differ from different items, if you would like more details on your back ordered items, please contact us, and we will be happy to help with a timescale on when it should be delivered.
Returns Information.
Returns (Within 14 Days) – GH Motorcycles accept returns on the basis that; the item/s are un-used, in the original re-saleable condition. All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact.
Return of goods is the responsibility of the customer, for this reason we suggest an insured method of return such as Recorded Delivery. Return postage costs cannot be covered by GH Motorcycles unless we are notified of damaged or faulty goods upon receipt.
You must inform us of your intent to return your item/s by phone or email, these items must be received back with us within 7 days from when you initially received your order. If you inform us within this period you will receive a full refund. If you inform us after this period the refund will be subject to a 20% handling fee which will be deducted off of the refund total.
When returning an item/s, please fill out our returns form by clicking here. Ensure this is sent back with your returned item/s. Without this information we cannot authorise your exchange or refund.
